Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded International Business Development Coordinator to support international recruitment, partnerships and agent management for Study Abroad & Pre-sessional Programmes at UAL.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver recruitment activity in key markets, using data and market insight to meet student recruitment targets
  • Manage international agents, leading their selection, training and performance, ensuring strong performance and compliance with the Agent Quality Framework
  • Build effective partnerships with institutions and stakeholders
  • Contribute to fairs, webinars and partner engagement
  • Monitor recruitment performance and share market insights to inform strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in international higher education sector, ideally in student recruitment or partnerships
  • Experience working to targets and working with agents
  • Ability to use data/CRM systems to inform decisions
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
