Job Description

As an International Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities in international markets with a strong focus on the UK Market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature, while helping EMAsphere strengthen its international presence through direct sales, partnerships and market development initiatives. In this role, you will report to the Hub Manager North and work closely with the Marketing team and Executive Leadership to support and accelerate our international expansion strategy. This position combines business development, consultative selling, and market development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account executive roles
  • Proven success in managing a complete sales cycle
  • Experience in SaaS, software or technology environments is strongly preferred
  • International sales experience is a strong asset
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Dutch and/or French
  • Additional European languages are considered a plus
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives
  • Strong prospecting and business development mindset
  • Ability to work with CRM and modern sales tools
