Job Description:

We are seeking a detail‑driven and service‑oriented Temporary International Banking Services Associate to support our International Banking Services department. The role supports daily operational activities tied to global banking, foreign currency processing, and international account management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform daily reconciliations for international accounts, ensuring accuracy across multi‑currency transactions
  • Handle inbound calls related to banknote buy/sell currency requests and provide clear, professional support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Run, analyze, and distribute operational and financial reports related to international banking activity
  • Prepare and post accounting entries associated with foreign currency transactions and international settlements
  • Support compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards related to international banking operations
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies, escalate issues, and maintain smooth daily workflow across cross‑border processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, some college preferred
  • Experience in banking, accounting, finance, or international operations preferred
  • Familiarity with foreign currency transactions or international banking processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work on‑site and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing phone inquiries and multitasking in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
