As ICEYE continues to expand globally, we are strengthening our finance organization to support a rapidly growing international footprint. The International Accounting Manager plays a key role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of our statutory and regulatory reporting across all jurisdictions where ICEYE operates.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the preparation and review of statutory financial statements for ICEYE’s global legal entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local GAAP requirements
Manage and coordinate outsourced accounting providers, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to ICEYE policies and timelines
Oversee VAT and indirect tax compliance, including preparation, review, and submission of required filings in multiple jurisdictions
Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly local ledgers. Align statutory books with group reporting under IFRS
Support local regulatory filings, corporate secretarial obligations, and other compliance deliverables across various countries
Collaborate with internal teams—Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, and others—to ensure entity-level compliance and proper financial documentation
Support internal and external audit processes, providing required documentation, explanations, and adjustments
Contribute to the refinement of global accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation to support scalability and efficiency
Participate in global entity lifecycle activities, including new entity setup, restructuring, and wind-down, as needed
Provide technical accounting guidance and ensure consistent application of ICEYE accounting policies across jurisdictions
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong exposure to international accounting, statutory reporting, and multi-country compliance
Solid understanding of VAT and indirect tax frameworks, and experience coordinating cross-border filing requirements
Proven ability to manage outsourced accounting partners and hold them accountable for quality and timely deliverables
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and ability to reconcile statutory vs. management reporting differences
Experience supporting audits, including preparation of statutory financial statements, audit schedules, and process documentation
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, scaling environment—comfortable navigating change, competing priorities, and evolving requirements
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
Experience in technology, aerospace, or international scale-up environments is an asset, but not required
