Job Description:

Join a Global Leader as an International Account Manager (FMCG). This role is perfect for someone with a background in FMCG or a related consumer industry, particularly those who have experience working with distributors on an international scale, and enjoy developing new markets. You'll join a dynamic, collaborative team where fresh thinking, proactivity, and ownership are highly valued.

Job Responsibility:

Lead distributor relationships with a clear focus on accountability, market expansion, and performance improvement
Identify, appoint, and onboard high-performing distribution partners across key territories
Motivate distributors to exceed sales targets while maintaining strong in-market execution and stock control
Develop annual marketing calendars with distribution partners and ensure alignment with brand strategy
Oversee NPD launches, trade marketing initiatives, and promotional activity across markets
Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to ensure consistent consumer messaging
Manage Customer P&Ls and provide accurate forecasting and profit analysis
Track distributor profitability and support pricing strategies across markets
Allocate and monitor marketing budgets with full transparency and ROI awareness
Coordinate closely with Export Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfilment
Input accurate monthly demand forecasts and track delivery performance

Requirements:

FMCG experience is highly preferred, particularly in managing distributor-led markets internationally
Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of growing accounts and entering new markets
Able to influence and challenge distributors while nurturing strong relationships
A proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset and high cultural awareness
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
