Job Description

The role will suit someone with a background in marketplace management or e-commerce that is interested in building their career in international markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and grow international distributor relationships across defined regions
  • Support marketplace expansion including Amazon and other online sales platforms
  • Monitor digital performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and market growth
  • Work closely with distributors to align digital activity with the wider Optibac brand strategy
  • Support international sales growth through effective account and relationship management
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing and profitability across accounts
  • Develop and monitor annual business and sales plans
  • Conduct range reviews and support product growth within international markets
  • Negotiate distribution agreements and commercial terms
  • Attend international trade shows, customer meetings and market visits
  • Support product registrations and compliance requirements across different territories
  • Share digital and commercial best practice across distributors and channels
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience within digital strategy, e-commerce or marketplace management
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capability
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Digitally confident across e-commerce, social and marketplace platforms
  • Positive, proactive and willing to take ownership
  • Confident negotiator with strong organisational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capability
  • Interest in international business and different cultures
  • Willingness to travel internationally where required

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Amazon or other online marketplaces
  • International sales or distributor management experience
  • Additional languages
  • Experience within FMCG, health, wellness or consumer goods sectors
