Job Description:

Responsible for supporting, developing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategies within their established sales territory to promote and increase the sales of Sammons Institutional Group (SIG) products. Manage sales territory in conjunction with external partner based on the requirements established by SIG.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the External Wholesaler to identify and develop relationships with targeted Broker Dealer partners and Registered Representatives
  • In conjunction with sales management and External Wholesaler, develop sales goals and marketing plans
  • Conduct proactive telephone sales presentations to financial advisors
  • Effectively probe to uncover the business goals financial advisors have
  • Execute consistent follow up with financial advisors
  • Navigate the organization to provide problem resolution assistance to financial advisors
  • Generate ideas and help create content of emails and messaging to financial advisors
  • Actively stay current on investment strategies and trends in the financial industry
  • Maintain a positive image of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Financial services sales experience Required
