Job Description:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team starting from March 1st, who will closely collaborate with newly formed operational teams taking over agenda from Germany.

Job Responsibility:

  • Searching for opportunities to develop the knowledge and skills of a newly established team
  • Cooperation on development activities with supervisors and managers of the dedicated team
  • Designing, delivering, and assessing training sessions on soft skills and technical knowledge
  • Calibrating calls and performance metrics to ensure quality standards across the team
  • Providing regular feedback to team members to support their growth and development
  • Preparing training plans, tracking progress, and generating reports for management review
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of training initiatives through KPIs and feedback from participants
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure training efforts align with organizational goals and values

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Czech or Polish language at a native level
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker)
  • Good command of English (minimum level B2)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and strong PC skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Stress resistance and the ability to motivate and engage others
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Experience in training or coaching roles is an advantage
