Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Partner closely with the sales team to align talent pipelines with client needs and sector trends
Lead the sourcing and engagement of senior-level candidates across technology, strategy, and leadership roles
Develop and maintain proactive talent pools of high-calibre candidates
Conduct market mapping to identify key talent and competitor movements
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track recruitment metrics and prepare market insights for reporting
Promote the organisation's mission and values within senior talent communities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment focused on senior-level hiring
Must come from a tech recruitment background
Strong track record in proactive talent pooling and engaging passive candidates
Commercially minded with effective partnership skills with sales or business development teams
Excellent relationship management and influencing abilities
Experience within the technology/digital/professional services sector is preferred
Highly organised, data-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced growth environments
Passion for future skills, diversity in tech, and social impact.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms
Experience in employer branding initiatives
Knowledge of current trends in the professional services sector.
