As an Internal Talent attraction Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition engine. You'll work closely with international recruitment teams to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across Europe, delivering top-tier profiles that align with both skill requirements and company culture.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
Partner with our internal recruitment specialists across Canada or France to align sourcing strategies
Conduct market mapping and talent research to stay ahead of hiring trends
Deliver quality candidate profiles aligned with role requirements and cultural fit
Monitor conversion rates and ensure timely submissions of high-potential candidates
Validate candidate expectations and ensure alignment with compensation structures
Maintain sourcing trackers to track performance and progress
Uphold service excellence by meeting and exceeding internal benchmarks
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English communication skills
1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume settings
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, energetic attitude
Strong plus: experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday
A collaborative spirit, you thrive in a team that supports and lifts each other up
