Job Description

As an Internal Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition engine. Based in our growing Global Capability Center (GCC), you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging the best internal talent for our Swiss market. You will work closely with international recruitment teams to deliver top-tier profiles that align with both specific skill requirements and Randstad's unique company culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively building and managing strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs in Switzerland
  • Delivering quality candidate profiles aligned with role requirements and cultural fit
  • Monitoring conversion rates and ensuring timely submissions of high-potential candidates
  • Validating candidate expectations and ensuring alignment with compensation structures
  • Upholding service excellence by meeting and exceeding internal benchmarks and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate sourcing trackers to provide visibility on performance and progress

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume or agency settings
  • Professional fluency in German and English is essential
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday is highly preferred
  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an advantage
