As an Internal Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition engine. Based in our growing Global Capability Center (GCC), you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging the best internal talent for our Swiss market. You will work closely with international recruitment teams to deliver top-tier profiles that align with both specific skill requirements and Randstad's unique company culture.
Job Responsibility
Proactively building and managing strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs in Switzerland
Delivering quality candidate profiles aligned with role requirements and cultural fit
Monitoring conversion rates and ensuring timely submissions of high-potential candidates
Validating candidate expectations and ensuring alignment with compensation structures
Upholding service excellence by meeting and exceeding internal benchmarks and KPIs
Maintaining accurate sourcing trackers to provide visibility on performance and progress
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume or agency settings
Professional fluency in German and English is essential
Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday is highly preferred
A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an advantage
