Take inquiries from customers and Qualify customer requests for quotations to ensure that a quote will meet the customers’ application and operational needs
Follow up on quotations and if there are any clarifications requested by the customer either technical or commercial
Negotiate Service orders within authority limits
Ensure the accuracy of Service orders before processing
Communicate any unforeseen delays or problems to clients
Collect /issue OIMs from the IS service Engineers team by the end of each month to submit to finance
issues service interventions, spare parts, and service quotations if required
Be the mediator between sales and service teams in terms of installation and repair scheduling
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical advice and solutions
Make sure to service calls and provide proper scheduling for clients
Attend customer meetings if required
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Ensure compliance with local and international Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures
Attend online and abroad training sessions to enhance product and process knowledge
Support industry managers in developing pricing and commercial strategies
Ensure Service activities align with departmental KPIs
Perform other duties as reasonably required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering field (Preferred Mechanical /Electrical majors)
3 to 5 years of work experience preferably in the Same field
Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM and PowerBI
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent listening skills
Strong written communication skills
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Ability to occasionally travel and attend internal sales training
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
