Job Description:

A busy and fast paced business with great benefits, and plenty of opportunities for career progression – join BSS as an Internal Salesperson and share our success and good times with a hard-working, friendly bunch of people. You will be working in a busy sales office environment, but there is no cold calling involved. Product knowledge is key to the role but full product training will be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work within the branch sales team, dealing directly with customers to maximise sales at every opportunity
  • Work to expand our customer base by helping to identify and develop new accounts
  • Handle customer orders and enquiries by phone and email on a frequent basis
  • Build up friendly relationships by giving great customer service to encourage repeat business
  • Communicate with the team and suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer from start to finish
  • Make sure customer orders are delivered on time and in full

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar phone based sales role
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
