We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our team in Malaga. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to grow within the industrial sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, offering technical advice where appropriate
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to support business growth and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related role (preferably in the industrial or technical sector)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Basic technical knowledge of bearings, power transmission, or industrial products (preferred but not essential – training provided)
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
