As an Internal Sales team member, you are the vital link between our customers and our products. Your expert technical sales support and product knowledge ensure our customers receive outstanding service, making you key to maintaining our reputation as a trusted supplier in the industrial sector.
Job Responsibility:
Provide sales support and customer assistance
Support general branch operations and handle administrative tasks
Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and account questions
Assist with picking and packing orders as needed
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude
Hydraulic knowledge a strong advantage
Proven customer service skills and a positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer literacy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
A collaborative team player ready to support colleagues across the branch
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
