As an Internal Sales team member, you are the essential connection between our customers and our products. Your role ensures exceptional service, timely order processing, and strong customer relationships that keep our business thriving and our customers satisfied.
Job Responsibility:
Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries
Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery
Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmission considered advantageous
A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position
