In this role, you will be the key point of contact for managing a major account, assisting with accurate quoting, and providing outstanding customer service. While this is primarily a customer service role, technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail are essential to support our customers effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts
Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
At least a 1-year experience in customer service/ sales industry
Experience in industrial products such as rotary seals, gaskets, and Mechanical/ hydraulic seals is advantageous
Computer literacy at an intermediate level
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Team player to support other areas when required
