Xpert Resourcing are pleased to be working with a successful manufacturing business who are looking to grow their sales team. The Internal Sales person is a key position within the company and needs a real team player who is able to quickly build rapport and relationships in order to maximise sales for the business.
Job Responsibility:
Research new clients through networking and calling
Demonstrate services and products to prospective customers, explaining the benefits and features to them
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organisational targets
Negotiating sales terms and agreements in order to close sales and exceed individual and team targets
Update detailed records of customers information and interactions with them
Work closely with other departments and teams to provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that attract new business
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to seeking new opportunities
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals confidently
