We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service industry, to join our Dynamic team in Townsville. Being the first point of contact for the branch and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as managing sales processes from beginning to end. This position will be reporting to the Branch Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Process orders via phone and email
Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
Attend to general and sales enquiries
Assist with pick packing orders
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous
Good Customer service skills through proven work history
Good verbal and written skills
Computer literate at an intermediate level
The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
Good knowledge within our industry
Team player to support other areas when required
