Job Description

Set your career in Motion as the first point of contact with our customers at branch level for sales assistance and customer service excellence! Bayswater VIC branch with parking available onsite. Fulltime permanent opportunity with career progression as you learn. Everything you need for success provided: training, uniforms, equipment.

Job Responsibility

  • Process orders via phone and email
  • Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
  • Attend to general and sales enquiries
  • Assist with pick packing orders

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous
  • Good Customer service skills through proven work history
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Computer literate at an intermediate level
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workloads
  • Good knowledge within our industry is advantageous, but not critical
  • Team player to support other areas when required

Nice to have

  • Industry or industrial knowledge is a bonus
