Job Responsibility:
Answering internal calls and ask appropriate questions about the customer's requirements
Establish Sales Leads by agreeing with customers when to call them about a future order
Demonstrate a positive and empathetic approach and understanding of company products and services
Respond to email enquiries in an organised and prompt manner
Process paperwork - Quotations, Invoices, Sub-Contract Orders, Purchase Orders and Job Sheets
Be a pro-active member of the Team
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales environment
Excellent customer service skills
Confident IT skills
Nice to have:
Ability to Calculate and prepare estimates/quotations
