Internal Sales Specialist

• Prepare accurate, compelling quotes and bid documents
• Work closely with external sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams
• Maintain pricing databases, margin trackers, and proposal templates
• Monitor bid success rates, conversion metrics, and margin performance
• Contribute to win strategy sessions, peer reviews, and creative proposal meetings

• 2+ years of experience in internal sales, bid coordination, or commercial support
• A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication and English writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
• Experience using CRM tools and document management systems
• A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement
