Drive growth and build strong client connections as part of our dynamic Internal Sales team in Welshpool! Join us and make an impact! This is a great role for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Internal Sales team based in Welshpool WA. We are looking for a person who has sales experience in our industry or a like industry, positive attitude and customer service focused to provide technical sales and product support and ensure that we remain the supplier of choice among our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide counter sales support and customer assistance
  • Support general branch operations and handle administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and account questions
  • Assist with picking and packing orders as needed

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous
  • Good Customer service skills through proven work history
  • Good verbal and written skills
