This is a high-energy, front-line position where you will be the face of their company for both trade clients and retail customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers at our sales counter
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-standing relationships with new and existing trade partners
  • Quoting & Sales: Generate professional email and telephone quotations tailored to specific customer needs
  • Inquiry Management: Promptly respond to all customer queries with a high level of telephone manner
  • Product Expertise: Learn our extensive range of steel and rural products (on-the-job training provided)

Requirements:

  • Service Focused: A strong commitment to customer service and building rapport
  • Tech Savvy: Good computer and keyboard skills for quoting and order entry
  • Experience: A background in sales is an advantage, but we value attitude and industry knowledge (Steel, Rural, or Trade backgrounds) just as highly
