We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless Quote to Order process. You will be part of a dynamic, international team of around 20 professionals, delivering exceptional service to customers throughout Europe.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow business with assigned customers by implementing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships
Oversee the sales process from quote to order, ensuring accurate pricing and smooth order fulfilment
Ensure profitability targets, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), are met
Serve as the main contact for RFQs, quoting coordination, order inquiries, and inventory management, addressing shortages and returns
Build and maintain long-term business partnerships, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide strategic service and support
Requirements:
Sales experience and a strong customer-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Confidence and decisiveness to handle time pressure
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and multicultural team environment
Take ownership of responsibilities
Proficiency in Excel and capable of handling data analysis and reporting tasks
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
