Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless Quote to Order process. You will be part of a dynamic, international team of around 20 professionals, delivering exceptional service to customers throughout Europe.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and grow business with assigned customers by implementing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships
  • Oversee the sales process from quote to order, ensuring accurate pricing and smooth order fulfilment
  • Ensure profitability targets, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), are met
  • Serve as the main contact for RFQs, quoting coordination, order inquiries, and inventory management, addressing shortages and returns
  • Build and maintain long-term business partnerships, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide strategic service and support
