We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Sidcup. This is a primarily inbound telesales role, focused on taking orders over the phone and delivering excellent service to both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, processing orders efficiently, and building strong relationships with customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
Job Responsibility
Handle inbound sales calls and process customer orders accurately
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Provide product advice and recommendations to customers
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Work collaboratively within a small team to achieve sales targets
Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
Requirements
Strong background in sales, particularly in telesales or phone-based roles
Experience selling products and taking orders over the phone
Ideally has experience within the electrical products sector (or a similar industry)
Confident, personable, and an excellent communicator
Comfortable dealing with both new and existing customers
Thrives in a small team environment
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
Is locally based or able to commute easily to Sidcup
