Our client is the leading independent organisation based in Oxford who are currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will work within the sales department dealing with both new and existing customers to ensure the highest quality and efficient service to a contract customer base of almost 3500.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and quote for new or additional contract services
Manage the new occupier process when clients move out of their premises
Quickly quote customers for remedial work and recommendations following engineer visits
Take responsibility for producing quotations and selling for smaller service works
Provide administration support to the sales team where required
Log, quote for, and track contract enquiries
Engineer leads and produce regular reports to demonstrate success of each sales channel
Handle inbound calls and online leads (Email/LiveChat)
Requirements:
Motivated by targets and sales commission/bonus
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Technical acumen and interest in technology
Experience with CRM systems
