This role is the operational engine of our sales department, primarily focused on facilitating the relationship between the company and its distributors. You will act as the central clearinghouse for technical inquiries, ensuring that every lead is addressed with precision and every order is backed by accurate stock availability.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries, providing rapid and accurate technical responses
Manage the end-to-end processing of orders, ensuring all dealership requirements are met with precision
Oversee internal stock management by monitoring inventory levels and confirming availability for upcoming bids
Prepare detailed technical quotations and proposal templates for distributors to use in their local markets
Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of machinery to various distribution points
Track and record all dealer interactions and stock movements within the company CRM system
Monitor competitor pricing and stock availability to provide strategic feedback to the management team
Support the Regional Manager in evaluating distributor performance and identifying stock replenishment needs
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Proven experience in sales coordination, distribution management, or internal sales support
Strong background in the heavy equipment or machinery industry with a focus on stock flow
Proficiency in managing complex inventory data and coordinating with warehouse or logistics teams
Demonstrated experience using CRM software to track high volumes of inquiries and lead conversions
