Job Description:

Are you a driven and customer-focused sales professional looking to join a growing and supportive team in the electrical distribution sector? Job Responsibility:

Managing inbound and outbound sales calls and emails
Converting quotes into orders through proactive follow-up
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Providing tailored product advice and solutions to customers
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Staying informed on product updates and competitor activity

Requirements:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, customer-first attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous sales experience or knowledge of electrical products is a plus, but not essential
