To manage incoming customer enquiries via email, coordinate order processing, and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role is central to maintaining excellent customer service and smooth internal operations.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and respond to incoming customer emails promptly and professionally
Process sales orders and update internal systems accurately
Liaise with warehouse teams to confirm stock availability and arrange deliveries
Communicate order updates, delivery schedules, and resolutions to customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and order status
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners
Ensure all communications and processes align with company standards and service levels
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales role
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple email threads and prioritise tasks effectively
Confident liaising with internal teams and external contacts
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Experience working with warehouse or logistics teams
