Job Responsibility:

Nurture and grow existing customer accounts
Handle inbound enquiries with top-tier service
Make outbound calls to spark new business
Support field sales with coordination and follow-ups
Process orders and quotes with precision
Liaise with suppliers to keep things running smoothly
Use CRM, ERP, and LinkedIn to stay organised and connected
Work closely with logistics and procurement teams

Requirements:
