Job Responsibility:
Processing customer orders, checking lead times, and managing order progress
Managing your administrative workload efficiently and accurately
Handling proactive and reactive sales calls to grow existing accounts
Managing customer relationships and liaising with internal teams to deliver excellent service
Responding to inbound enquiries and warm leads, preparing quotes and upselling where appropriate
Using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
Negotiating, handling objections, and closing sales opportunities
Delivering against set KPIs, including monthly sales targets that increase with experience
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and codes of practice
Representing the business professionally and positively at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an internal sales or customer-facing sales role
Proven track record of working to and achieving sales targets
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
