The Internal Sales Consultant II (ISC II) role involves providing consultative sales services to independent financial advisors, promoting Allianz products, managing assigned book of business, and contributing to Allianz Life’s Top Line Growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with financial advisors, achieving sales targets, attending training sessions, and communicating critical insights to leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Provide consultative and holistic sales services to independent financial advisors through outbound sales calls
Influence financial advisors to write Allianz business to achieve and surpass sales targets
Help financial advisors attain higher production status with Allianz
Expand specified financial advisor segments in assigned book and region
Communicate activity and trends to internal sales leadership and divisional management team.
Requirements:
0-1 years prior sales experience or 1-year prior experience on the FASTeam and/or within Allianz
MN Life Insurance license required
Ability to obtain SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses within 180 days of promotion/hire if POD requires
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
