As an Internal Sales Agent you will be a key member of our Concrete Commercial team focused on providing excellent customer service and providing support to the Midlands region. You’ll be responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries from customers, offering sales admin support to external sales managers and pricing/chasing/winning orders.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engage customers and respond to their needs to deliver quality service, revenue and EBIT in line with our strategic objectives
Work with our Territory Sales Managers to proactively service our customer accounts - new and existing
Positively represent the Breedon brand at all times, offering our customers excellent and professional service
Proactively maintain product knowledge expertise ensuring you understand Breedon’s products and are able to recommend the best solutions to customers actively upselling and cross selling where appropriate
Proactively follow up customer enquiries to conclusion - driving conversion and understanding the reasons behind lost quotes and growing sales
Actively participate in delivery of Customer & Commercial Excellence initiatives ensuring that new ways of working are adopted and embedded within the business
Requirements:
Sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to build rapport quickly
Nice to have:
Existing experience or knowledge of the construction materials industry
