As an Internal Sales Agent you will be a key member of our Commercial team focused on providing excellent customer service and providing support to the Midlands region.
Job Responsibility:
Dealing with inbound enquiries from customers
Offering sales admin support to external sales managers
Pricing/chasing/winning orders
Proactively engage customers and respond to their needs to deliver quality service, revenue and EBIT
Work with our Territory Sales Manager to proactively service our customer accounts - new and existing
Positively represent the Breedon brand at all times
Proactively maintain product knowledge expertise
Proactively follow up customer enquiries to conclusion - driving conversion and understanding the reasons behind lost quotes and growing sales
Actively participate in delivery of Customer & Commercial Excellence initiatives
Requirements:
Sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to build rapport quickly
Nice to have:
Existing experience or knowledge of the construction materials industry
