Hayley Dexis has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated Internal Sales Administrator to join our well-established and experienced team based at our Swan branch in Hull. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to incoming enquiries
Responding to customer queries
Processing orders
Proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries
Prepare accurate quotations
Look for opportunities to upsell and add value
Requirements:
Prior internal sales experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment
Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is desirable, however full training will be provided
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A UK driving license is also preferable
Nice to have:
Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products
A UK driving license
