A forward-thinking recruitment agency based in Salford Quays who are seeking an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join their contracts team on a permanent full time basis. The client is looking for a confident, resilient, and people-focused candidate resourcer ideally from a recruitment, call centre or high-volume customer service background. You will spend your day speaking with potential candidates, qualifying interest, and building rapport.

Job Responsibility

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to engage and qualify candidates
  • Build strong, professional relationships with candidates through confident phone communication
  • Use AI-powered recruitment tools to prioritise and engage high-quality candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and gather key information
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact onwards
  • Consistently work towards daily and weekly activity targets

  • Proven experience in a high-level outbound calling role (25 per day)
