It’s an exciting time to join our Recruitment team, as we embark on a transformation journey to further enhance and streamline our service and standards. As a key player in this process, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of non-management roles, including HGV Drivers, Branch Apprentices, and Kitchen Sales Designers - balancing approximately 20-25 vacancies at a time. Proactivity and transparent communication are essential for success, as you mobilise sourcing tools to expand your talent pool to find the best candidates for our careers. You’ll work closely with our Regional Recruitment Business Partners and stakeholders to deliver an efficient, streamlined recruitment experience that meets the needs of the business and leads our market. Your role will involve sourcing top-tier candidates, optimising recruitment strategies, and driving improvements to ensure we're consistently attracting the best talent. Alongside your typical day-to-day recruitment activities, we’d love your support with our transformative projects, seizing the opportunity to influence and shape how we recruit now and into the future.

Requirements
