Job Responsibility:
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their team and needs
Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers to fulfil the needs of the business
Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to internal stakeholders regarding suitable applicants
Conduct initial screening of CVs and initial teams interviews with candidates
Arrange interviews for applicants
Consulting on pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between APCOA and applicants
Review recruitment policies to ensure success of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
Work with hiring managers to recognise and promote internal talent
Requirements:
Previous experience and ATS Knowledge
Demonstrable experience of business partnering with hiring managers
Previous experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns across multiple sites
Good communication skills
both oral and written
Proactive, self-motivated, meticulous and will make the role a key position in our Company
Nice to have:
Experience in Facilities, Airports or Retail
