Job Description:

Comprehensive internal medicine training program at Johnston Memorial Hospital. A longitudinal training experience to learn skills required for patient care. Opportunity to work one-on-one with attending physicians and pursue internal medicine specialty or research.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide all-inclusive care to patients ages 17 and older
  • Participate in continuity clinic/ambulatory training
  • Attend weekly didactics including core conference lectures and grand rounds
  • Participate in Journal Club
  • Harrison’s Club
  • monthly Morbidity and Mortality conferences
  • bi-weekly Clinical Case Reports and weekly Guideline presentations

Requirements:

  • Applicants must use ERAS to apply
  • Must be eligible for graduate medical education
