Take off with Airbus Helicopters! Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Internal logistic process improvement specialist (m/f) to join the Logistic Department based in Marignane, France. The Marignane site, the 3rd largest industrial site in France, near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, is undergoing a deep transformation to offer a high-tech, inclusive, and environmentally friendly working environment. You will live a unique professional experience, at the heart of the manufacturing of our helicopters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify improvement opportunities by gathering shopfloor insights, analysing operational pain points, and observing day-to-day logistics execution
  • Implement internal logistics improvement actions, focusing on flow simplification, task optimisation, waste reduction, and error-proofing
  • Support the creation and update of logistics work instructions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and operational applicability
  • Monitor intra-site and inter-site process execution, identifying inconsistencies and contributing to corrective action plans
  • Analyse shopfloor logistics flows, including inbounding, picking, kitting, and outbound, to identify improvement levers
  • Provide functional support to site leads and warehouse teams, helping deploy and stabilise improved internal logistics processes at site level

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in logistics (field operations, logistics platforms), logistics platform improvement projects
  • Knowledge of the aerospace environment
  • Complex environment
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Fluent English required
