Join us as an Internal Funds Platform Manager - FTC 12 months, where you’ll play an important role in how our in‑house funds are governed, structured, and communicated. You’ll work with teams across Product Management, Product Development, Portfolio Management, Investment Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and our external partners to keep fund materials, reporting, and documentation accurate and easy to access. This is a chance to be involved in large, high‑impact projects already in progress and to work in a setting where managing several high‑priority tasks at once is both expected and supported.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play an important role in how our in‑house funds are governed, structured, and communicated
  • Work with teams across Product Management, Product Development, Portfolio Management, Investment Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and our external partners to keep fund materials, reporting, and documentation accurate and easy to access
  • Act as the link between the Funds Team, the COO, and Fund Specialists
  • Help ensure our platforms and systems are ready for new launches and ongoing product development
  • Support how our mutual funds are presented to the market, whilst keeping intranet content clear and reliable for Distribution colleagues
  • Collaborate with administrators, management companies, and legal counsel to keep fund documentation aligned and translated when needed
  • Take care of internal communications for our in‑house funds, including news updates, platform notices, and corporate actions
  • Work closely with Northern Trust to support timely investor communications
  • Provide cover for key regulatory cycles such as annual KIID updates and monthly factsheets

Requirements:

  • Using MS Word and MS Excel confidently, including familiarity with formulas, graphing, and pivot tables
  • Understanding operational risk and incident management processes
  • Working on regulatory projects and being aware of the current and upcoming regulatory landscape in the UK and Europe, including how it affects Asset Managers, Distributors, and Clients
  • Contributing to process design, supporting projects through to completion, and coordinating several stakeholders toward shared outcomes
