As part of our Group-wide Internal Control System (ICS) program, we are strengthening the governance, compliance, and operational robustness of our Supply Chain and Customer Service activities. To support this ambition, we are looking for an Internal Control Coordinator who will play a key transversal role across planning, logistics, distribution, storage, and repair operations—both internally and within our subsidiaries and repair centers. Reporting directly to the Manager Supply Chain Process, Compliance and Control, you will contribute to building a consistent internal control framework, ensuring processes are secured, risks are monitored, and actions are implemented effectively. This role acts as a key operational line of defense and a facilitator between headquarters, markets, and the Group Internal Control function.
Job Responsibility:
Draft internal control descriptions, objectives, and methodologies in collaboration with business teams
Execute ICS controls across subsidiaries, delivery markets, and repair centers
Document results, evidence, and remediation needs using Group tools
Monitor discrepancies and drive action plan follow-up with local managers
Report control results and risk observations to the Group Internal Control team
Coordinate ICS activities between Supply Chain, Customer Service, and headquarters
Support operational teams by raising awareness on risk management and best practices
Contribute to process optimization, procedure updates, and audit readiness
Requirements:
Higher education degree in Supply Chain, Customer Service Operations, Audit, or Internal Control
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Internal Control (experience in luxury or industrial environments is a plus)
Strong understanding of operational flows: planning, procurement, logistics, repair management, and distribution
Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail
Strong writing and communication abilities
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
experience with ServiceNow, M3, or PowerBI is an advantage
Full professional proficiency in French and at least C1 level in English

Experience in luxury or industrial environments
