The Internal Consulting Solutions (ICS) organization is a dynamic and expanding team within Citi responsible for leading high value initiatives to meet Citi's transformation and business priorities. The ICS organization delivers significant programs in close partnership with Citi's functional and business unit senior leadership. ICS covers a diverse set of critical initiatives which vary in size, duration, and complexity sponsored by senior leadership which have significant and measurable business value outcomes. The ICS team is an interdisciplinary team comprised of colleagues with deep management consulting and financial services expertise engaging Citi employees at all stakeholder levels. The Vice President is a key member of the team, supporting specific Citi operating model, process improvement, and process transformation projects and programs across the Firm. Projects will vary in size, duration, and complexity; will have significant and measurable business value outcomes; and will be highly visible with executive-level sponsorship. The Vice President will report directly to a senior leader within the Internal Consulting organization but also to engagement manager(s) who lead the day-to-day of ongoing projects via a matrix management structure.
Job Responsibility
Drive the analysis of complex sets of data and business processes with limited guidance
Independently think through and analyze solutions to problems and develop initial hypotheses, frameworks, and methodologies
Support all phases of projects and drive project execution and delivery
Own the initial preparation of communications for project sponsors and senior stakeholders regarding hypotheses, analyses, and project outcomes
Support creation of project communications to drive engagement of key stakeholders and adoption of recommendations and solutions
Work with colleagues to continuously develop re-usable intellectual capital and contribute relevant content to the team's knowledgebase
Show initiative in performing research and obtaining data
Requirements
At least 5-8 years' experience in a major management consulting firm, or equivalent experience in a large Financial Services company
Familiarity with digitalization concepts and emerging trends as it relates to Process Transformation and AI experience integrating technology priorities and requirements into the development of holistic process models and solutions
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated experience creating, owning, and developing PowerPoint presentations and similar forms of communication
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Experience analyzing processes
Must be eligible to work in India
Strong ability to identify issues, structure and conduct analyses, organize findings, draw conclusions, identify next steps, and make recommendations with limited guidance
Can work effectively in a team-based collaborative model as well as independently
Thinks business first but quickly grasps and can be conversant in digital technologies and their application to business processes
