Job Responsibility

  • Drive engagement and support departmental and organizational communication goals by developing compelling copy and materials for various channels, including intranet, newsletters, digital signage, emails, meetings, and presentations
  • Collaborate with center leads to create thoughtful content that resonates with our team member population
  • Provide strategic and operational support to CBS teams in the technical delivery of communication plans and strategies
  • Contribute to CBS communications process and planning tools, such as editorial calendars, best practice sharing, and process documentation in partnership with CBS Director
  • Conduct research and collaborate with content editors, business partners, and key stakeholders to develop engaging content
  • Contribute to the development of global CBS communications process and plans
  • Identify opportunities to effectively showcase the CBS and Cencora story
  • Build relationships with members of the Global Public Affairs team to facilitate collaborative work on enterprise plans

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Political Science, Marketing, or related discipline is strongly preferred
  • Min 2-5+ years of progressive experience writing, editing, and publishing content for a variety of different audiences
  • Demonstrated effective business writing
  • Ability to understand company culture quickly and manage multiple assignments with maturity and speed
  • Skilled communicator with experience creating communications strategies, content and communication best practices
  • Thoughtful and curious writer with a passion for storytelling
  • Ability to complete multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of AP Style
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office programs

Experience with Share Point and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a plus
