Internal Communications Specialist

• Drive engaging internal communications that align with business priorities through the internal newsletter, media coverage report, additional multimedia content, and other channels
• Partner with key business functions to design targeted campaigns that foster understanding and employee engagement
• Measure and optimise communication effectiveness by analysing engagement data and feedback, using insights to innovate and improve reach
• Collaborate with the PR team on external media initiatives, including press engagement and social media campaigns
• Create and coordinate social media content for corporate and PR channels to support major initiatives and enhance brand visibility
