Job Responsibility

  • Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive internal communications plans for employee mobility programs
  • Manage end-to-end internal campaigns, including timeline management and executive reviews, creating engaging content such as participation instructions, FAQs, and updates for various internal channels (intranet, company-wide meetings, newsletters, internal messaging platforms)
  • Translate complex or technical information into clear, compelling, and approachable messaging to maximize internal participation and gather invaluable early insights and operational experience
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Research to ensure strong alignment and shared success metrics for internal programs
  • Facilitate robust feedback loops, highlight program milestones, and acknowledge the critical role employees play in shaping and improving our services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10 years of experience in communications and/or copywriting
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex or technical ideas into clear, concise, and engaging messages
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships across all levels of management

Nice to have

  • Experience in advanced mobility, autonomous technology, or similar innovative service industries
