Job Description:

The Strategic Growth Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential. The Internal Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire employees across the firm. This role ensures consistent messaging aligned with the firm’s mission, values, and strategic goals, fostering transparency and collaboration within an accounting and consulting environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement internal communication plans that support organizational priorities and cultural initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to craft messaging for firm-wide announcements, change management, and strategic updates
  • Create compelling content for newsletters, intranet, email campaigns, and internal social platforms
  • Ensure tone and messaging align with brand standards and resonate with diverse employee groups
  • Develop campaigns to promote engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and DEI efforts
  • Measure communication effectiveness through surveys and analytics, recommending improvements
  • Work closely with HR, Marketing, Strategic Growth and Practice Leaders to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on communication best practices during organizational changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in professional services or accounting/consulting firms
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Teams, intranet platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
