This is a pivotal role within Buzz Bingo, focused on creating and delivering clear, engaging, and timely communications that support our business goals and culture. You will be responsible for managing internal communication channels, developing creative content, and working closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging. Your efforts will help foster a positive working environment and enhance employee engagement across the organisation.
Job Responsibility
Develop, implement and manage internal communication strategies and campaigns that align with Buzz Bingo’s values and business objectives
Create compelling content for a variety of channels including newsletters, intranet, emails, digital displays, and social media platforms
Collaborate with leadership and departmental teams to gather information, shape messages, and ensure timely and accurate communication
Coordinate and promote company events, initiatives, and employee recognition programmes
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication activities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Support change management communications to help employees understand and embrace organisational changes
Maintain brand consistency in all internal communications and support external communications as needed
Build positive relationships with stakeholders to understand communication needs and foster collaboration
Requirements
Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within the catering, hospitality or related service industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong organisational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively
Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences
Comfortable working with digital communication tools and platforms
Proactive, creative thinker with a collaborative approach and a passion for employee engagement
Familiarity with change management communications and measurement techniques is an advantage
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
