Job Responsibility:

  • Advise and support internal communication campaigns across Bombardier Mexico sites
  • Draft, review, design, and distribute internal communications, including emails, memos, and organizational announcements
  • Manage content for internal communication channels, including digital screens
  • Coordinate the editorial planning, design, printing, and distribution of Altitud México magazine
  • Organize and support All Hands meetings and other internal communication forums
  • Act as the focal point for sharing Mexico-related information, visuals, and content with internal stakeholders
  • Review and validate translations to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Provide communication guidance to leaders and employees when required
  • Support HR and other functions during internal events (communications-related support)
  • Plan and manage the internal communications budget
  • Lead and coordinate employee-focused and corporate events communications for Bombardier Mexico
  • Act as the communications focal point for internal and selected external events, ensuring message alignment and brand consistency
  • Support the planning and execution of Bombardier Mexico’s participation in key corporate and industry events. (e.g., FAMEX, Aerospace Meetings, Supplier Symposium)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, event organizers, and suppliers to support logistics, registrations, and communications materials
  • Ensure consistent communication before, during, and after events
  • Supervise and guide the Communications Intern supporting event coordination activities
  • Supervise and provide day-to-day guidance to the Communications Intern
  • Oversee and validate the intern’s work related to social media, CSR/community giving communications, and event coordination support
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with Bombardier communication standards
  • Support the intern’s learning and professional development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
